The International Spy Museum is the only public museum in the United States dedicated to espionage, and the only museum in the world to provide a perspective to the “invisible” profession that shaped history and continues to have a big impact on world events.
The museum has the world's largest collection of international espionage artifacts. You can take a look at items that helped famous spies and learn about the life of the men and women and the most secret spy missions in history. The International Spy Museum has a number of exciting exhibits where you can uncover the world of espionage with stories from different individuals and their missions, tools, and techniques. The museum also has spy experiences, such as “Operation Spy”, where you get the act as the spy. In “Spy in the City”, you get to see DC through the eyes of a spy by taking a GPS guided tour of the city.
The International Spy Museum is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online or at the museum.
